We are seeking a full-time Manager with strong leadership skills, excellent organization, and a passion for customer service and team development. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a leadership role, enjoys working directly with customers, and is confident taking ownership of daily operations while ensuring both production quality and customer satisfaction remain high.
This role is hands-on and involves overseeing all aspects of shop operations while helping guide the business forward.
• Oversee daily shop operations, production, and floral order fulfillment
• Manage delivery scheduling and logistics
• Lead, train, and support employees
• Create and manage staff schedules
• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle customer concerns
• Communicate with vendors, growers, and suppliers
• Assist with inventory control and ordering
• Coordinate with ownership on business goals and operations
• Assist with floral design and bouquet creation as needed
• Minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable leading a team and making decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys working with customers and building relationships
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Floral design experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the business
• Must pass a background check
• Must have a clean driver record
We are willing to train the right person in floral design and industry-specific skills. This position also offers growth potential into higher leadership roles within the company.
• Starting salary $42,000 per year
• Two weeks of paid vacation
