DELIVERY DRIVER
YOUR DUTIES
As a Gibby Floral delivery driver you would be responsible for delivering our arrangements safely and on time. You will be expected to adhere to our delivery guidelines policy, delivery and mileage records, and be able to speak with customers if necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
You must have an impeccable driving record and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. One to two years delivery driver experience is preferred, and must be 18+ and older to apply. Reliability and punctuality are a MUST! You must also have a willingness to crosstrain in flower processing.
SCHEDULE
The nature of our business means that the workload may vary from day to day, with some days being busier than others.
COMPENSATION
Wages start at $12-$13/hr depending on experience. Raise review after the first 90 days.

Floral Designer
YOUR DUTIES
As a Gibby Floral designer and team member, you would be responsible for assisting with designing floral arrangements, answering our phone, interact with our customers, take orders, and operate our Point of Sale system.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous floral design and customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. You must be reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to our company culture, standards, and policies.
